• Clean and dry the surface thoroughly before application.
• Apply the sealant using a caulking gun or pneumatic gun.
• Tool the sealant immediately for a smooth finish.
• Clean excess sealant with white spirit or HIGHTACK Neutral+ Wipex before curing.
• For mirror applications, perform a compatibility test before use.

• Use only in well-ventilated areas.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and fumes.
• Wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection.
• In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Refer to the Product Data Sheet and MSDS for complete safety and handling instructions.

Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Returns will only be accepted for damaged/ defective products and size issues within 15 days of delivery.
2. All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by the original Invoice, original packaging, tags, and labels.
3. Articles/products sold under any promotional scheme will not be eligible for exchange and/or refund.
4. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Customers have to bear the expense of sending back the product for return/exchange.
6. The refund amount will be allocated to the customer’s account as a Gift Voucher.

Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping across India to most major cities for all orders above Rs. 350. For orders below Rs. 350, Rs. 50 will be levied per order.
2. Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address including PIN code.
3. The order is processed within 24-48 hours of being received and shipment takes place in 2-3 business working days.
