• Curing time depends on weather conditions (the adhesive may take more time to cure in cold weather conditions)
• Please keep the adhesive container air tight to avoid loose of contents and close the lid tightly after every use.
• Please sample test the adhesive on a small area first and check the results of the adhesive on the surface it has been applied.

Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Returns will only be accepted for damaged/ defective products and size issues within 15 days of delivery.
2. All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by the original Invoice, original packaging, tags, and labels.
3. Articles/products sold under any promotional scheme will not be eligible for exchange and/or refund.
4. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Customers have to bear the expense of sending back the product for return/exchange.
6. The refund amount will be allocated to the customer’s account as a Gift Voucher.

Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping across India to most major cities for all orders above Rs. 350. For orders below Rs. 350, Rs. 50 will be levied per order.
2. Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address including PIN code.
3. The order is processed within 24-48 hours of being received and shipment takes place in 2-3 business working days.
