UV LED Curing Lamps/Lights are widely used in printing ink curing, glue curing, painting curing, resin curing and other fields of UV adhesives. It contains lots of wavelength, such as 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, etc. It can be fixed and removable, easy to operate, and we “Benson Polymers Limited” also provides solution to customers.

LED light source compared to traditional fluorescent tubes / mercury lamps, has very obvious advantages.

Applicable to all kinds of UV shadowless glue, UV ink, UV green oil, UV coating, row line reinforcement, solder joint protection, touch screen, optical adhesive, Photopolymer exposure, flexible plate making, screen printing, UV epoxy resin adhesive, 3D printing photosensitive resin adhesive, UV three-proof paint, UV varnish, etc.

 

How to Use
  • Ensures all surfaces are clean and dry, free from all loose paint, dust, grease, and release agents.
  • Apply the adhesive in equal beads & dots on one of the materials that need to be glued.
  • Always apply adhesive to the edges and corners.
  • Press both parts together, immediately pull loose, and let dry for 10-15 minutes.
  • Afterwards bond again and batten with a rubber hammer.
  • Can be cleaned with white spirit acetone.

  • Surface should be Dirt & Moisture-Free.
  • Please use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid contact with skin or eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.

Refund & Shipping Policy

  1. Returns will only be accepted for damaged/ defective products and size issues within 15 days of delivery.
  2. All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by the original Invoice, original packaging, tags, and labels.
  3. Articles/products sold under any promotional scheme will not be eligible for exchange and/or refund.
  4. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
  5. Customers have to bear the expense of sending back the product for return/exchange.
  6. The refund amount will be allocated to the customer’s account as a Gift Voucher.

Shipping Policy

  1. Free shipping across India to most major cities for all orders above Rs. 350. For orders below Rs. 350, Rs. 50 will be levied per order.
  2. Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address including PIN code.
  3. The order is processed within 24-48 hours of being received and shipment takes place in 2-3 business working days.
