• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and loose particles.
• Apply Hightack Primer where required and allow it to dry.
• Install suitable backer rod if needed.
• Apply the sealant evenly using a caulking gun.
• Tool the sealant immediately for a smooth finish and remove masking tape before skin formation.
• Clean uncured sealant with mineral turpentine. Remove cured sealant mechanically.

• Causes skin and serious eye irritation; may cause an allergic skin reaction.
• Use only in well-ventilated areas and avoid inhaling vapours.
• Wear protective gloves and eye protection during application.
• In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
• Keep out of reach of children and dispose of contents according to local regulations.

Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Returns will only be accepted for damaged/ defective products and size issues within 15 days of delivery.
2. All articles being returned for exchange/claim must be accompanied by the original Invoice, original packaging, tags, and labels.
3. Articles/products sold under any promotional scheme will not be eligible for exchange and/or refund.
4. Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Customers have to bear the expense of sending back the product for return/exchange.
6. The refund amount will be allocated to the customer’s account as a Gift Voucher.

Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping across India to most major cities for all orders above Rs. 350. For orders below Rs. 350, Rs. 50 will be levied per order.
2. Customers are requested to provide a complete and correct address including PIN code.
3. The order is processed within 24-48 hours of being received and shipment takes place in 2-3 business working days.
